Accumulators
An accumulator is a container that attaches to the hydraulic actuator. It collects water from the pumping mechanism and helps build and maintain fluid pressure.
Motor Pumps
One hydraulic power unit can have a single motor pump or multiple devices, each with its accumulator valve. For the multiple-pump system, only one operates at a time.
Tanks
A tank is a storage unit with enough volume. The fluid in the pipes can drain into it. Likewise, actuator fluid may sometimes need flowing into the tank container.
Filters
A filter is a self-contained bypass unit with a motor, pump, and filtering apparatus. It’s usually installed along the top of the tank. It can fill or empty the tank by activating a multi-directional valve. Filters can often be replaced while the power unit is functioning.
Coolers and Heaters
Collor and heaters are for the temperature regulation process. The air cooler usually is installed near or behind the filter unit. It helps to prevent temperatures from rising too high. Likewise, a heating system, such as an oil-based heater, can be used to elevate temperatures when necessary.

The hydraulic control unit is the operator interface containing power switches, displays, and monitoring features. It is essential for installing and integrating a power unit into a hydraulic system

Hydraulic Power Pack manufactured by us consists of a Oil Tank. whose base frame carries a vertical or horizontal flange mounted & Electrical Motor couple through a Gear coupling to Vane pump, Gear pump or a Piston Pump, depending upon pressure and capacity. The suction side of the pump is fitted with a Suction strainer capable of straining particles of Micron size while the discharge side of pump is connected to a Manifold Block.
On the various faces of the Manifold Block directional control valves are mounted. The control valves are suitably inter- connected in the Manifold block though drill passages to eliminate inter connecting piping. Thus achieving compaction reduces noise level, easy accessibility for maintenance by just removing the bolts.
Oil level in the tank is displayed by oil level indicator with temperature control gauge which is fitted in the front of the tank at topside. The drainage system is given on the side of the tank at the bottom. For filling oil in the tank Air Breather is provided at the cover plate. Return line filter is fitted behind the Mani fold block to purify the used oil & return to the tank. The critical High Pressure pump Valves, and other Hydraulic elements used are from the well known BOSCH-REXROTH, VICKERS, YUKEN, ATOS, etc from China and worldwide company's. The Electrical switch gear components used are also from the market leaders such as SIEMENS or Schneider.
Hydraulic Power Units are used whereby energy is transmitted, controlled and distributed using pressurised liquid fluid as medium.
