Key Features
Double Acting Hydraulic Pump
The electric hydraulic pump is a double-acting hydraulic pump, with strong power for lifting-up and lowering-down. Pumps are designed for long-lasting use, and reservoirs will not crack or leak even under harsh conditions.
Compact Structure
The compact hydraulic power unit is consists of an electric motor, electromagnetic coil A/B ports with 3200 PSI Max relief setting on A port, and 1500 PS Max on B port, solenoid valves, 15ft control pendant, and a 6/10/12qt reservoir.
Quick Start & Oil Output
Connected to the 12V DC motor, our dump trailer hydraulic pump has 3.0KW max power, 2.0 GPM flow, 1.1 cc/r, and with duty lasting for 3 minutes for each start, featuring quick oil output and rapid starts each time.
Versatile & Convenient
The 12V hydraulic pump comes with a 6/10/12qt metal cylinder tank, a pressure gauge, and 2 additional connectors for replacement. Its pendant control has 15ft (4.5 m) long and is designed with up-down buttons for easy use.
Vertical/ Horizontal Mount
The car-lift hydraulic power unit is designed for both horizontal and vertical mounts. It manifests impressive lifting and lowering capability. It can handle hydraulic work like lifting, pressuring, bending, straightening, tilting, and cutting.
Wide Application
This power unit is widely used in stackers, small, and medium-sized lifting platforms. It is compatible with many dump trailers and movers and is a direct replacement for 12V DC remotely controlled hydraulic systems.

Basic Parts in Hydraulic Power Unit
Accumulators
An accumulator is a container that attaches to the hydraulic actuator. It collects water from the pumping mechanism and helps build and maintain fluid pressure.
Motor Pumps
One hydraulic power unit can have a single motor pump or multiple devices, each with its accumulator valve. For the multiple-pump system, only one operates at a time.
Tanks
A tank is a storage unit with enough volume. The fluid in the pipes can drain into it. Likewise, actuator fluid may sometimes need flowing into the tank container.
Filters
A filter is a self-contained bypass unit with a motor, pump, and filtering apparatus. It’s usually installed along the top of the tank. It can fill or empty the tank by activating a multi-directional valve. Filters can often be replaced while the power unit is functioning.
Coolers and Heaters
Collor and heaters are for the temperature regulation process. The air cooler usually is installed near or behind the filter unit. It helps to prevent temperatures from rising too high. Likewise, a heating system, such as an oil-based heater, can be used to elevate temperatures when necessary.
Power Unit Controllers
The hydraulic control unit is the operator interface containing power switches, displays, and monitoring features. It is essential for installing and integrating a power unit into a hydraulic system
